I tweaked this block a bit for a softer cake rather than the dense version well-nigh yellow cake recipes will requite you. Turns out that subbing 1/4 cup of oil for 1/4 cup of butter will give you a fluffy light cake! Oh the experimenting and internet earthworks I had to practice! I do it all for you guys! :).
